However, we have received rentals from all points in Spain (even from abroad). The advantage of our vans is that once rented you can take them anywhere (even around the world). The insurance included in our rate is an all-risk insurance with a €900 excess valid throughout Europe and up to 2 drivers over 25 years of age that we can include in the contract. If you want to be fully protected and avoid this excess, you can take out additional insurance. for only €25/day that will cover the cost of the excess and is also valid for one year if you have no claims, that is, if you hire our Campervan rental again and you have not had a previous claim, you will be covered without any other additional cost. If you are under 25 years old, consult our special conditions for new drivers.
At the time of collection we explain everything you need to know to get around with your Campervan, we explain point by point all its handling and operation details so that your trip is an experience of unbeatable comfort and convenience.
We also review with you all the exterior, interior and equipment to verify that everything is in perfect condition.
Upon your return, we will carry out the same joint verification.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., but if you want to return your Campervan on Sunday, let us know and we will agree on a delivery time without additional charge.
Take everything you need, at the time of delivery you can place all your belongings in the jacket and leave the empty suitcases in your car to avoid taking up space unnecessarily in your campervan.
With regard to kitchenware, bed linen and towels, you do not have to worry, we take care of everything and without additional charge.
You can leave it in our car park at no additional charge and pick it up on your return.
If you cancel before 15 days prior to the day of departure, we will refund 100% of the reservation, if you cancel within 15 days prior to departure we will give you a voucher for the amount of the reservation so that you can use it within 18 following months.
